Where services are delivered by Surgetech Workforce LLC, United States law applies. Where services are delivered by Surgetech Workforce Private Limited, Indian law applies. In cases where both entities are involved, the laws of the jurisdiction most relevant to the service or transaction shall apply as determined by the respective entity.

4. Text Messaging Program (10 DLC) USA

This section applies specifically to users in the United States who provide a US mobile phone number.

By providing your US mobile phone number and checking the consent checkbox on our contact form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Surgetech Workforce LLC at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

This is the registered brand name as submitted to mobile carriers under the 10 Digit Long Code (10 DLC) campaign registration. All text messages will be sent under this brand identity.

This messaging program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and applicable US carrier regulations.

5. Types of Messages

We will not send promotional, advertising, or marketing messages unrelated to your job search or placement activity.

6. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your level of activity, the stage of your job search or placement process, and the number of opportunities being coordinated on your behalf. You may receive up to 5 messages per week during active placement or interview cycles. During inactive periods, messages will be significantly less frequent or may cease entirely.

We are committed to sending only relevant, timely, and necessary communications. We will not engage in message flooding or send repetitive content.

7. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and mobile data rates as charged by your mobile carrier will apply to all text messages sent to and received from Surgetech Workforce. These charges are determined solely by your carrier and plan. Surgetech Workforce LLC and Surgetech Workforce Private Limited are not responsible for any carrier-imposed charges, fees, or costs.

We recommend checking with your mobile carrier if you are unsure about SMS charges applicable to your plan before opting in.

8. Opt-Out / Unsubscribe Instructions

You have the absolute right to opt out of our text messaging program at any time, free of charge, using any of the following methods:

Upon receipt of your opt-out request, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your unsubscription. No further messages will be sent thereafter unless you voluntarily re-subscribe by contacting us or submitting a new consent.

Opting out of text messages does not affect your application status, any ongoing placement process, or your relationship with Surgetech Workforce. You may still receive communications via email or phone if you have provided those details separately.

Personal data collected from US users is processed in compliance with applicable US federal and state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable, and the TCPA with respect to text communications.

For Users in India

Personal data collected from users in India is processed in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) as applicable.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the duration of your engagement with our recruitment or consulting services, or as required by applicable law. These Terms, to the extent applicable to Surgetech Workforce Private Limited and its Indian operations, shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India, at the location of the registered office of Surgetech Workforce Private Limited.
